At Pace Tire Supply, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and efficient process:
1. Return Authorization Required
All returns must receive prior approval from Pace Tire Supply.
To initiate a return, you must contact our Customer Service Department at 877-540-7223 to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
2. RGA Number
Returns will not be accepted without a valid RGA number.
Clearly display the RGA number on the outside of the package being returned.
3. Return Eligibility
Items must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging, parts, and documentation.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the invoice date.
4. Shipping Instructions
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Pace Tire Supply.
Use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the package is delivered to the correct address.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, special-order items, and products marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.
6. Inspection and Restocking Fee
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% or more
7. Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of processing the return.
