At Pace Tire Supply, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and efficient process:

1. Return Authorization Required

  • All returns must receive prior approval from Pace Tire Supply.
  • To initiate a return, you must contact our Customer Service Department at 877-540-7223 to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

2. RGA Number

  • Returns will not be accepted without a valid RGA number.
  • Clearly display the RGA number on the outside of the package being returned.

3. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging, parts, and documentation.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the invoice date.

4. Shipping Instructions

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Pace Tire Supply.
  • Use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the package is delivered to the correct address.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders, special-order items, and products marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.

6. Inspection and Restocking Fee

  • All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
  • Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% or more

7. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of processing the return.
